The hotel went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. It was perfect to be able to close off the door to the bedroom so our baby could sleep while we watched TV and relaxed in the business room. However, the room was so tiny; we couldn't find a vacant table to sit at, and it was dirty with an unmade bed, trash everywhere, and even poo in the toilet when we checked in.

When I arrived, the room was completely dark and had a moldy smell, not the cleanest start to our stay. The service was friendly but took 55 minutes and three calls just to pick us up. The location was handy for the airport, but the heavy deodorizer was a bit overwhelming. The dining area was clean and the food delicious although breakfast options were limited. Facilities were fine but nothing exceptional.
